Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Roanoke, Virginia. As part of a clinician-owned practice, you will deliver client-centered services with support from a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include seeing a minimum of 25 sessions weekly and completing clinical notes within 24 hours. Thriveworks offers up to $111,700 in compensation, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and numerous benefits including health insurance and paid orientation.

Compensation

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities, including a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Behavioral Health Generalist: open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided)
• May pursue leadership or supervisory roles
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
• Collaborate with the team to achieve professional development goals
