Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians in Norfolk, Virginia to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive compensation up to $111,700 based on licensure and sessions.

Qualified candidates must be fully licensed as a LCSW in Virginia, ready to see a minimum of 25 clients per week, and committed to integrity in care. Thriveworks promotes a supportive and team-oriented culture, aiming to help clinicians thrive personally and professionally.

Qualifications

Compensation

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
