Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed LCSW to join our team in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. As a clinician-founded private practice, we focus on providing quality care and supporting our mental health professionals. The position offers up to $118,200 annually, with additional bonuses and guaranteed pay.

Candidates should be committed to seeing a minimum of 25 clients per week and must embody integrity and teamwork. We promote professional growth with flexible work schedules and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in North Carolina.
• Candidates should be living in the state of practice.
• Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy as required.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure quality care.
• Complete administrative duties as required.

Compensation

Up to $118,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
