Job summary

Transformcap is looking for Licensed Clinicians in Annapolis, MD to provide both telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will be responsible for delivering a minimum of 25 sessions per week, completing session notes promptly, and collaborating with a professional team. Candidates must be fully licensed as LCSW-C in Maryland and should reside in the state. This position offers a compensation package up to $112,200 per year, guaranteed pay, and various benefits, including health insurance and PTO.

Overview

Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. We are looking for Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Annapolis, MD.

Qualifications

• Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW‑C in Maryland.
• Licensed and living in the state in which the practice will be located.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Complete session notes within 24 hours.
• Work collaboratively with the team and pursue professional development.
• Be open to seeing couples and/or children as a behavioral health generalist.
