Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - 240 is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. You will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children aged 5 and up, with full clinical support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.
• Familiarity with office technology and EHR (Valant a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base.
• Engage in social work activities to address patient needs.
• Participate in behavioral health interventions within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
