Ellie Mental Health is expanding in Southeast Florida and seeks a Florida Registered Intern (SW/LCSW, RMFTI, RMHCI) to join our outpatient clinic. The role blends in-person and telehealth with flexible scheduling and centralized administrative support.

The intern will collaborate with a dynamic team to provide evidence-based care, develop treatment plans, and document sessions per policy, while pursuing licensure and gaining private practice-building experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field and on track to licensure
• Florida Registered Intern License (RCSWI, RMFTI, RMHCI)
• Experience documenting DAs, treatment plans and case notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner
• Comfort working with diverse client base
• Experience with EHRs; Valant is a plus

Aufgaben

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with the team
• Use creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Full-time clinicians: maintain a caseload of 25+ visits per week
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and school staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other meaningful duties as needed
