Job summary

Jefferson is seeking a Clinical Skills and Simulation Operations Specialist to support planning, set up, and delivery of clinical skills labs and simulations at the Horsham campus. You will apply simulation tech, manage equipment, and ensure a safe, efficient environment with infection control in mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or related field preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist® (CHSOS®) certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/academic settings and IT support is desirable.
• Project management and strong customer service skills are preferred.
• Extensive experience with hardware/software platforms, incl. MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and break down clinical labs and simulation activities.
• Provide real-time technical support during sessions.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and update simulation software.
• Maintain simulation equipment including computers, manikins, AV systems, and VR platforms.
• Train faculty and staff on simulation technologies and equipment.
• Manage inventory and maintain logs and reports on usage.
