Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Clinical Skills and Simulation Operations Specialist to plan, setup, and deliver clinical skills labs and simulation activities. You will support faculty, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain simulation equipment including manikins and AV systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of IP networking and related network services.
• Effective professional communication skills (written, verbal, electronic).
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with hardware/software platforms including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and break down clinical skills labs and simulation activities; manage equipment and tech.
• Provide real-time technical support during simulation sessions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; install and update simulation software.
• Maintain and service simulation equipment (computers, manikins, AV systems, VR platforms).
• Train faculty and staff on simulation technologies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and purchase requests; ensure storage areas are clean and safe.
• Communicate with Simulation Director and IT support; coordinate with vendors.
• Stay current with simulation tech updates and industry best practices.
