Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Site Director to lead the site’s clinical operations and budget planning. You will coordinate feasibility, staffing, patient recruitment and study conduct while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

You will work with the Senior Director of Clinical Operations to meet targets, maintain quality standards, and drive site growth. This role demands strong leadership, budget management, and effective communication with Sponsors and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in clinical management or equivalent.
• Experience overseeing clinical trial operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site's overall clinical operations and budgets.
• Oversee feasibility, staffing, recruitment, study conduct and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain 24/7 operational control of site trials and processes.
• Develop recruitment plans and collaborate with external vendors as needed.
• Ensure timely communications with Sponsors, CROs and IRBs.
• Lead training, performance reviews and staff development.
