Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Site Director to lead operations at Accel Research Sites in Decatur, GA. You will oversee study delivery, compliance with ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines, and coordinate with departments to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of clinical research experience, including 2+ years in site management, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of clinical research experience; 2+ years of site management experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall site management and leadership to drive site performance and compliance with ICH, GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Coordinate with departments to meet study milestones, budgets and delivery quality data to sponsors.
• Review dashboards and systems to oversee site activities and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
• Manage staffing, allocations, and performance to keep study deliverables on track and identify risks.
• Assist with training on protocol specifics, CRF completion, SOPs and timelines.
• Adhere to SOPs, GCP, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Monitor site staff, assess process and training compliance, and identify risks.
• Develop and support corrective action plans at site and study level.
• Oversee payroll, onboarding, and training per operational needs.
• Collaborate with investigators to ensure patient safety and meet client goals.
• Apply strategic thinking to mitigate risks and present at management meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
