Job summary

HealthNet is seeking a Registered Nurse Team Lead at our Indianapolis Health Center to coordinate nursing and interdisciplinary staff for daily care and operations. The role provides on-site management and clinical support while communicating policy updates to the team.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, Indiana RN licensure, and BLS certification, plus supervisory experience in a high-volume clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing and interdisciplinary team for daily care assignments.
• Provide on-site management and clinical support to staff.
• Communicate policy and procedure changes.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments.
• Supervise Nursing/PCA staff on-site.
• Assist with equipment, medications, and supplies as needed.
• Evaluate staffing plans for the site.
• Assist charge nurses with clinical assessments.
• Evaluate staffing schedules.
• Communicate with Manager or Clinical Services as needed.
