Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a capable individual to support the Simulation Center operations.

You will manage simulator-based and standardized patient simulations, ensuring equipment reliability and smooth course delivery while collaborating with faculty, staff and students. The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in simulation or education/training.
• Clinical background preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, healthcare or related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated analytic decision-making, problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of various simulation teaching concepts is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains simulation equipment and related trainers.
• Operates computer hardware and recording systems.
• Post-simulation documentation and archiving; reset equipment.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
• Create troubleshooting docs and maintenance plans.
