Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Simulation Specialist to oversee and operate medical simulation labs, ensuring equipment is maintained and ready for training sessions. You will support curriculum development and partner with educators to deliver high‑quality simulation experiences.

In this role, you will troubleshoot AV systems and manikin hardware, coordinate scheduling for sessions, and ensure timely availability of supplies while upholding service excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Healthcare or healthcare tech preferred.
• EMT certification preferred.
• Familiarity with personal computers preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and AV equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with simulators and training sessions as needed.
• Maintain simulation lab and equipment; order supplies timely.
• Interface with manufacturers for troubleshooting and updates.
• Assist in curriculum development and educational materials for training.
