Job summary

Lawrence Hall is seeking a Clinical Services Manager - Campus to lead, supervise, and provide clinical direction for the Child & Family Treatment Center. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, youth-centered planning, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to improve youth outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinical services, supervising staff, engaging with families, Court and DCFS processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age.
• Master's degree in social work (or related field) with at least five years of post-degree experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider with Illinois SOTP license (or pursuing).
• Knowledge of childhood trauma and youth development.
• Valid Illinois Driver's license and personal vehicle.
• No history of child abuse or neglect; able to pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to LMS and clinical staff.
• Ensure fidelity to trauma-informed care, CARE Model, and evidence-based interventions.
• Oversee clinical services from intake through discharge with individualized treatment planning.
• Provide leadership and consultation to multidisciplinary teams and meetings (CFTMs, court, utilization reviews).
• Oversee case management, permanency planning, discharge planning, aftercare, and continuity of care.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver trauma-informed training and staff development.
