Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical staff and coordinate activities.
• Organize workflow to ensure efficient, cost‑effective operations.
• Assist with patient exams, prepare rooms, collect data, and input records.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient satisfaction standards.
• Oversee licensing, training, and certification maintenance.
• Serve as onsite contact for physicians, admin and staff.
• Provide operational metric reports and explain variances.
