Job summary
Franklin Place Memory Care in Franklin, Wisconsin, seeks an Assistant Clinical Services Director to lead nursing staff, oversee resident care, and uphold compassionate, person-centered standards. The role focuses on supervising CNAs, ensuring safe medication administration, and maintaining high care quality across shifts.
Ideal candidates will have a RN license, at least three years in senior living and a minimum of one year in a leadership role, plus First Aid/CPR.
Qualifications
- Three years of experience in a senior living community.
- At least one year in a management/supervisory role.
- Current and valid Nursing License; First Aid & CPR certification; background clearance as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
- Supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants; train, plan, assign, and direct work.
- Ensure resident rights and medications are administered per physician orders.
- Document nursing history and assessments on admission.
- Respond to life-threatening situations per nursing standards, policies, procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Attend in-service training and stay updated on safety and infection control.
