Franklin Place Memory Care in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Clinical Services Director to lead nursing staff, deliver compassionate resident care, and uphold high standards of quality.

You will supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants, ensure medications are administered safely, document assessments, and participate in performance improvement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a senior living community with at least one year in a management role.
• Current and valid Nursing License.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Criminal record clearance or exemption, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Supervise CNAs and Resident Assistants; train and assign tasks.
• Ensure resident rights and safe medication administration per orders.
• Document nursing history and assessments at admission.
• Respond to life-threatening situations per nursing standards and protocols.
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
• Attend in-service trainings and stay updated on safety and infection control policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and provide necessary nursing care as per resident's care plan
• Manage CNAs and Resident Assistants by carrying out supervisory responsibilities, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work
• Ensure that resident rights are maintained and that medications and treatments are administered in accordance with approved nursing techniques and physician orders
• Document nursing history and physical assessments for assigned patients upon admission
• Respond to life-threatening situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
• Participate in department and/or unit performance improvement activities
• Attend in-service training programs and stay up-to-date on safety, infection control, and other relevant policies and procedures

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community, with a minimum of one year of experience in a management/supervisory position
• Current and valid Nursing License
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption, as required by law
