Molina Healthcare in Washington state is seeking a lead clinical support professional to join the healthcare services team. The role supports care management, utilization management, LTSS, behavioral health, and other clinical programs while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to drive quality and cost-effective member care.

You will mentor staff, monitor workloads, assist with training, and participate in audits to improve performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of healthcare experience, with 2 years in managed care settings.
• Active licensure if required by state contract or regulation.
• Knowledge of community resources and care coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide lead level clinical support to care management and related programs.
• Coordinate and communicate activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when needed to leadership.
• Assist in training staff per department policies and procedures.
• Monitor workload to ensure adherence to guidelines and program requirements.
• Act as clinical SME, offering guidance to staff and leadership on best practices.
• Support audits and quality initiatives to improve performance and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership on reports and performance improvement actions.
• Local travel may be required based on state/contractual needs.
