Molina Healthcare is seeking a senior healthcare services leader to guide a multidisciplinary team from a remote location with local Washington state alignment for PST hours. You will oversee utilization management, behavioral health, and care transitions to drive quality and cost-effective member care.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare and at least 3 years of management, with professional licensure as applicable. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of health care experience with managed care exposure.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Clinical licensure and/or certification required only if state contract/regulation requires it; active and unrestricted in state of practice.
• Strong customer service skills with a member-centric focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversees team performance in utilization management, care transitions, and behavioral health.
• Develops, implements and monitors standardized protocols for integrated care across functions.
• Promotes interdepartmental collaboration to enhance clinical services.
• May function as a hands-on leader assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Ensures staffing adequacy and service levels with productivity metrics.
• Assists in regulatory, contract, and accreditation compliance for programs.
• Supports senior leadership with operating issues and remediation plans.
• Maintains cross-functional integration and coordinates ICT meetings.
• Monitors care access, plan utilization, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Facilitates staff quality audits and program enhancements.
• Represents the team in committees and multidisciplinary groups.
• Local travel may be required.
