Job summary

CBPI LLC seeks an Assistant Director of Clinical Insurance Services to lead our ABA program region while maintaining a client-focused clinical caseload. You will supervise BCBAs and behavior technicians, conduct BSTs and service reviews, and monitor regional metrics for fidelity to policy.

You will work on team development, coordinate with the Director, and ensure contract fulfillment above 90 percent while building robust family and staff documents and templates.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience supervising in ABA or center-based settings.
• Strong writing, organization, and clinical judgment.
• Active QBS (Safety-Care) Trainer certification, or willingness to earn it.
• Commitment to BACB ethics code, HIPAA, and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage an individual caseload of 90–100 billable hours per month.
• Supervise service-line behavior technicians, BCBAs, and clinical support staff.
• Lead BST, periodic service reviews, and metric monitoring across your region.
• Handle conflict resolution and ensure fidelity to policies.
• Develop and maintain region-wide retention systems and templates.
• Lead monthly department meetings and coordinate with staff under supervision.
