Job summary

Behavior One Autism Solutions is seeking a BCBA Staff Development Manager & Interim Clinical Director to blend clinical work with leadership, staff development, and clinical operations. You will maintain a BCBA caseload while overseeing mentorship, training initiatives, and supervisory support during maternity leave.

You will shape training programs, support growth of BCBAs and clinical staff, and help ensure quality and consistency of services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in a related field required.
• Prior clinical experience in ABA required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to provide evidence of TB test.
• Must pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background checks.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee training and mentorship of clinical staff.
• Evaluate quality assurance protocols and propose changes.
• Maintain training materials and resources per management directions.
• Conduct training for incoming BCBAs, supervisors, and clinical trainers.
• Perform FBAs and design ABA treatment programs.
• Ensure integrity of program implementation and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Generate progress reports and participate in meetings.
• Lead clinical operations and staff during supervision, mentorship, and training initiatives.
