Qualifikationen

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Minimum three years BCBA experience.
• Master's or doctoral degree in related field.
• Experience designing and supervising ABA treatment programs for children with autism.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and clinical staff.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies (DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior).
• Experience conducting FBAs and standardized assessments.

Aufgaben

• Provide BCBA supervision for clients requiring clinical oversight.
• Deliver field-based and office-based supervision to analysts and trainees.
• Mentor clinicians, case managers, and staff.
• Review caseloads, treatment progress, and documentation.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with funding sources.
