Job summary

Advanceable ABA is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our remote leadership team. You will support the Chief Clinical Officer and Clinical Directors, mentor clinicians, and help shape clinical systems across the organization.

You will oversee a small caseload, contribute to treatment planning, ensure BACB standards compliance, and lead quality improvement initiatives to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• 4–6 years of ABA experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services.
• Preference given to candidates located in Virginia

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members
• Mentor and develop clinicians through coaching, observations, feedback, and professional growth support
• Oversee a small clinical caseload while providing high-quality, individualized ABA services
• Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and consistency of ABA service delivery
• Conduct clinical observations, competency reviews, and onboarding support
• Review documentation, treatment plans, and clinical practices to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices
• Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and clinician success
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary providers, and leadership teams
• Assist with clinician development, performance coaching, and ongoing training initiatives
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives that support company growth
