Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Director to join our team and provide both clinical leadership and direct BCBA services.

This role combines a traditional BCBA caseload with leadership responsibilities, including overseeing clinical quality, supporting and mentoring BCBAs and behavior technicians, ensuring timely completion of clinical documentation, and helping maintain consistent standards across the organization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced BCBA who is passionate about delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA services while also taking an active role in developing and supporting the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload and provide BCBA services to assigned clients.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, reassessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications as clinically appropriate.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to BCBAs and other clinical team members.
• Review treatment plans, assessments, progress reports, and other clinical documentation to support quality and consistency.
• Help ensure clinical documentation and authorization requirements are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Support BCBAs with complex cases, clinical concerns, caregiver needs, and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to address clinical needs, staffing concerns, and barriers to service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
• Promote consistency in clinical standards, supervision practices, documentation, and service delivery across the team.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers to support continuity of care.
• Ensure clinical services comply with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA requirements, state regulations, and payer guidelines.
• Participate in leadership meetings, case consultations, and clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active state licensure, if applicable.
• Previous experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
• Clinical leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and preferably other BCBAs.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation, authorization, and payer requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with leadership and administrative responsibilities.
• Passion for supporting clients, families, and clinical staff while improving quality and outcomes.
• This is a BCBA / Clinical Director position that includes both direct clinical responsibilities and clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Services are primarily provided in clients' homes.
• Travel within the assigned service area is required.
• The Clinical Director will work closely with company leadership to support the continued growth and quality of the clinical program.
