Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a clinical operations leader to drive strategic planning and growth for its service lines, including BMT & Cellular Therapy. The role partners with executives to align objectives with patient care standards, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements.

Should possess a strong background in health care operations, program development, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on data-driven performance improvement and staff education across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in a health care setting with progressive operational experience in ambulatory or hospital settings.
• 5+ years clinical experience in screening and diagnostic mammography (Allina Health Cancer Institute Breast Program).
• Master's degree in Health Care or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in leadership, consulting, and/or training roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic planning and business development for programs and services.
• Oversees implementation of new and existing programs and services; coordinates service line activities.
• Manages performance improvement initiatives and data collection/analysis to drive improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and accrediting bodies through education and audits.
• Plans objectives for safe and effective patient care and evaluates policy effectiveness.
