Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Sciences to translate science into well-designed clinical studies and robust evidence of treatment performance. You will own protocol development, study execution, and data review, collaborating with Medical Directors and development teams across two hubs.

You will review data for safety and efficacy trends, develop essential study documents, and guide sites and vendors to ensure trials run as intended.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in clinical science or clinical research within drug development.
• Experience developing clinical protocols and reviewing clinical study data.
• Strong understanding of ICH‑GCP and regulated development environments.
• Ability to interpret clinical information and changing treatment approaches.
• Experience working with investigators, consultants or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive the clinical science contribution to study design and execution with data-driven decisions.
• Lead protocol development with the Medical Director and amend as needed.
• Review study data to identify safety or efficacy trends requiring action.
• Develop study documents including informed consent forms and data review plans.
• Guide sites and vendors on protocol requirements and participant management.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret results and tell the data story.
• Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with the Medical Director.
• Contribute clinical content to regulatory documents and submissions.
