Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Development Lead, Hematology to steer the clinical direction of hematology programs in collaboration with the Alliance partner. You will design, execute, and interpret trials, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data supporting the product strategy.

The role requires MD and oncology trial experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage complex programs across global sites.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with oncology-focused training.
• Minimum 3 years Oncology industry experience.
• Experience running complex clinical research programs.
• Strong oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee multiple hematology clinical development protocols.
• Oversee study integrity and data interpretation for safety and efficacy.
• Assess and report serious adverse events per policy.
• Collaborate on regulatory submissions and study reports.
• Lead Clinical Strategy Teams and CST activities.
• Represent clinical development in cross-functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
