Under general supervision, the Clinical Scheduler performs patient scheduling functions and checkout duties in addition to higher-level responsibilities such as transaction editing system (TES) duties, medical coding, lead responsibilities, and financial coordination.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, work in confined/cramped spaces, kneel, bend, twist at the waist, squat, use fingers and hands for gross and fine motor tasks.
• Reach overhead and in all directions; lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Perform repetitive motions with hands/wrists/elbows and shoulders; maintain at least 20‑40 vision (corrected) and hearing acuity; recognize colors, depth perception, and object distance.
• Work rotating shifts, overtime as required, and in a latex‑safe environment.
