Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, performs patient scheduling functions and checkout duties in addition to a significant amount of higher‑level work. Higher‑level work may include a combination of TES (transaction editing system) duties, medical coding, lead responsibilities, financial coordination, etc.

- High School Degree or Equivalent, 1 year work experience.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform job functions while standing and sitting, walking, climbing stairs, working from elevated areas, confined/cramped spaces, kneeling positions, bending and twisting at the waist, squatting, and using fingers and hands for gross and fine motor activities.
- Ability to reach overhead and in all directions, and to maintain a firm grasp with fingers and hands.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
- Ability to use lower extremities for balance and coordination.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. unassisted; ability to lift or lower objects 50 lbs. from or to the floor within 36 inches unassisted; ability to lift from 36 inches to overhead 25 lbs.; ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force.
- Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes; ability to see and recognize objects at close hand or distance; ability to match or discriminate between colors; and ability to determine distance/relationship between objects (depth perception).
- Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction.
- Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements.
- Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations; ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
- Ability to work in a latex‑safe environment and maintain tactile, olfactory, and respirator qualification as required.
