Think Aksarben LLP is seeking a Clinical Scheduler to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls to schedule appointments and triage issues. The role includes registering patients in Allscripts and routing messages to the appropriate staff.
The candidate should have at least one year of medical scheduling experience and familiarity with EHR systems. This is a full-time position in Omaha with standard weekday hours and potential for work-from-home flexibility after six months.

The Clinical Scheduler will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls for the purpose of scheduling appointments, triaging patient’s symptoms/issues and routing calls and cases to providers appropriately and in a timely fashion.
School diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience with medical scheduling, preferably in a high-volume environment. Minimum of one (1) year of experience with electronic health records, preferably with Allscripts.
This role operates in a healthcare setting. This position requires frequent sitting and computer work and allows employee to vary physical position or activity for comfort.
