**Your Role:** A Clinical Sales Manager leads a team to execute market access strategies and builds relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to include clinical diagnostics market. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Execute on demand generation campaigns to support the growth of key market segments by positioning the clinical relevance of the solutions we offerWork with Director to identify and investigate opportunities within market segments for the different product groups Ability to understand the language of the clinical customer and position the customer value of our novel solutions 5+ years of experience in commercial organization and sales/marketing, preferably clinical diagnostics Previous experience in sales management is requiredStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite* Willing to travel within the assigned geography**This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy.
