Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking a Clinical Sales Lead to bring deep clinical credibility to the sales process in OR and procedural environments. You will partner with Account Executives, lead demos, and map current-state workflows to show how AssistIQ fits into teams' existing practices.

This high-visibility role offers influence over how we sell, what we build, and how customers go live, with travel to customer sites and a path to leadership within a growing health-tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical sales within hospital or procedural environments.
• Ability to explain clinical workflows to non-clinical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of OR operations and perioperative processes.
• Comfort presenting to diverse audiences from clinicians to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demos for clinical, supply chain, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Executives as clinical SME throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate field feedback to product and implementation teams.
• Travel to customer sites for demos and workflow assessments.
