Job summary

AssistIQ, a NY-based health-tech innovator, seeks a Clinical Sales Lead with deep OR and procedural workflow knowledge to drive clin- ical value conversations. You will partner with Account Executives, lead demos, and translate field insights back to product and implementation teams.

You will travel to customer sites for on-site workflow assessments and work with stakeholders ranging from nurses to hospital executives.

Qualifications

• Clinical sales experience in healthcare settings.
• Ability to explain clinical workflows to non-clinical audiences.
• Strong presentation and demo skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as the clinical expert throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead clinical demos for varied stakeholders (clinical, supply chain, revenue cycle).
• Answer clinical/workflow questions from care teams.
• Map current-state workflows and show AssistIQ integration points in OR operations.
• Travel to customer sites for demos and workflow assessments.
• Collect voice-of-the-customer feedback for product and implementation teams.
• Create reusable demo scripts and clinical talking points.
