Job summary

MSD Malaysia is offering a Future Talent Program internship in Clinical Safety and Risk Management (CSRM). The role supports safety surveillance, risk management, and process improvement through hands-on projects in a dynamic team.

You will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and practical AI-enabled solutions for efficiency. Enrolled students in nursing, pharmacy, or pre-medicine will engage in project work, learn documentation practices, and contribute to safety-related activities

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft programs/platforms (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Enrolled in a University Program (nursing, pharmacy, pre-medicine preferred)
• Preferred: product knowledge/safety experience.
• Experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance and/or risk management.
• Interest in artificial intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• Review and organize safety-related information, documents, or trackers to support ongoing team activities
• Assist with preparing meeting materials, summaries, action-item lists, or follow-up documentation
• Support updates to training resources, process guides, or team reference materials
• Help identify opportunities to streamline routine workflows or improve how information is captured and shared
• Use Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, or OneNote to support documentation, collaboration, and communication
• Explore practical ways that digital tools or AI-enabled solutions could support efficiency, knowledge management, or process improvement
