Job summary

Matheny Medical and Educational Center seeks a Full-Time RN Supervisor for seven group homes in Somerset, Basking Ridge, Far Hills and Frelinghuysen (NJ). You will provide clinical oversight, supervise LPNs, and ensure nursing practice meets regulatory standards.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, NJ RN licensure, and a valid driver’s license with at least one year of relevant experience. A strong focus on team collaboration across physicians, therapists, and care coordinators is

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license in the state of New Jersey is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of experience with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and group home staff.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and agency policies.
• Monitor nursing documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate physician appointments, specialty care, and hospital admissions/discharges.
• Review MARs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Conduct staff orientation and ongoing training.
