Job summary

Caringhouse Projects, Incorporated seeks an LPN supervisor for its New Jersey group home. You will oversee daily operations, ensure residents receive appropriate health and personal care, and maintain essential records.

Under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, you will schedule staff, monitor care quality, and ensure compliance with regulations. A NJ LPN license and at least one year of direct care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active New Jersey LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year direct care experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid NJ driver's license for mobility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day group home operations and resident health care.
• Supervise personal care, medical, dental and psycho/social needs of residents.
• Plan and organize work, evaluate staff performance and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor absenteeism and ensure coverage per regulations.
• Coordinate staffing to cover all shifts including emergencies.
