Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for a full-time, day-shift role in New Jersey. The position combines clinical autonomy with field-based responsibilities, including patient care, supervision of field staff, and care coordination across the care team.

The ideal candidate has NJ RN licensure, home care or assisted living experience, and strong clinical assessment and medication management skills. Travel within the assigned territory and CPR certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Current and active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved professional nursing program.
• Home care and/or assisted living experience strongly preferred.
• Previous field nursing or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments in the home
• Complete starts of care and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide medication management and patient/caregiver education
• Assess patients' clinical needs and home environments
• Supervise and support home health aides and field staff
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor changes in patient condition and communicate concerns appropriately
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with care coordination, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and NJ home care regulations

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

A growing home care organization is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor. his is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys a combination of clinical autonomy, field-based nursing, patient care, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have home care or assisted living experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to independently manage patient needs while providing oversight and support to field staff.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM


• Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM on rotating weeks


• Rotating Saturdays


• Overtime opportunities available


• Primarily field-based throughout the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities
