Job summary

The Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota seeks a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing services across residential programs statewide. You will coach staff, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required for clinical leadership role.
• Active RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of 245D regulations and person-centered care principles.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• CPR certification and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Experience with older adults or mental health is a plus.
• Focus on quality improvement and patient safety; able to lead in fast-paced environments.

Be the clinical leader behind exceptional care. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing services across residential programs, supports and coaches staff, ensures compliance with healthcare standards, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and positively impact the lives of individuals in a community-based setting. This role does require program visits statewide and travel requirements are approximately 50% of the time

Pay:

• $40.86/hour

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Knowledge of 245D regulations and person-centered care principles
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• CPR certification and familiarity with EMR systems
• Experience in older adults, individuals with identified needs, and / or mental health preferred
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, changing environments
