Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing services across residential programs, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve better outcomes. The role entails approximately 50% statewide travel.

Minimum requirements include a BSN, active Minnesota RN license, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Leadership experience is preferred and CPR/EMR familiarity is expected.

Be the clinical leader behind exceptional care. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor oversees nursing services across residential programs, supports and coaches staff, ensures compliance with healthcare standards, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and positively impact the lives of individuals in a community-based setting. This role does require program visits statewide and travel requirements are approximately 50% of the time

Pay:

• $40.86/hour

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Knowledge of 245D regulations and person-centered care principles
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• CPR certification and familiarity with EMR systems
• Experience in older adults, individuals with identified needs, and / or mental health preferred
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, changing environments
