Job summary

Summit ASC Franklin Square is seeking a Clinical RN Manager in Maryland. The role drives seamless surgical operations across multiple specialties, with a focus on leadership, scheduling, and quality with no holidays or weekend calls. Typically, supervision of OR/CCU teams, budgeting, and regulatory compliance are key responsibilities.

A BSN is preferred and Maryland RN licensure is required. Weekdays only, some evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• Two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery a plus.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

As a Clinical RN Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as clinical manager or other managerial position
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts

Requirements:

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Three years of operating room/critical care experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area a plus.

Salary Range: Min $46.95 to Max $56.16
