Job summary

Summit ASC Annapolis, part of United Surgical Partners International, seeks a Clinical RN Manager to oversee the facility's operations and drive successful surgical procedures across specialties. Weekdays only; no holidays, weekends, or call; some evenings.

Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate. Requirements include Maryland RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and three years OR/ICU experience with two years supervisory exposure in outpatient surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Current Maryland RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Three years operating room/critical care experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with standards (e.g. ISO) and clinical regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Summit Ambulatory Surgery Centers' Annapolis location is conveniently located on Bestgate Road with easy access to US-50 and I-97. Parking is free on site.

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as clinical manager or other managerial position
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts

Requirements

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Three years of operating room/critical care experience preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area a plus.

Salary Range: Min $48.54 to Max $72.81
