Job summary

Lowell General Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for the Saints Campus - Medical Day Care to provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established policies. Required are Massachusetts RN licensure and current BLS certification, plus at least 1 year of RN experience. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the patient care plan.
• Develops, implements and evaluates the patient’s individualized plan of care.
• Uses nursing judgment to tailor plans based on patient needs.
• Manages own patient assignment and supports team responsibilities.
• Develops discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Precepts and mentors new staff and supports professional growth.
