Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.
• Experience level based on RN Level I–IV.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care as directed.
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical support per physician orders.
• Develop and monitor the individualized plan of care.
• Document assessments and care plans accurately.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
• Demonstrate professional development and precept new staff.
