Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Applies evidence-based practice to clinical care.
• Conducts accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans.
• Uses nursing judgment to tailor care to patient needs.
• Manages patient assignments across team members.
• Educates patient and family using appropriate resources.
