Qualifications

• RN with current license required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of start date.
• Experience in med/surg nursing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitor and improve patient care quality with the management team.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and training for new staff; ensure policy compliance.
