Job summary

PACE Southeast Michgan in Detroit is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse Coordinator to oversee daily clinical operations, delegating tasks to LPNs, MAs, and scheduling staff to maintain optimal workflow and quality care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with physicians and nurse practitioners, ensure accurate documentation, support transitions of care, and drive adherence to quality indicators while engaging participants, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; 1+ year with frail elderly population.
• 5 years management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical workflow and delegate tasks to LPN, MA, and scheduling clerk.
• Triaging and assessment of Participants; provide education resources.
• Supervise LPN and MAs; ensure clinical competency.
• Document all clinical activities in Participants' medical records daily.
• Collaborate with RN Case Managers and Interdisciplinary team on transitions of care.
