The role requires an Illinois RN license in good standing (BSN preferred) and at least five years in healthcare, with familiarity in EHRs and medical records review. On-site work supports clinic operations and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Illinois.
• RN BSN preferred.
• Minimum five years in a health care setting; medical office preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR clinical products and medical record review.

Responsabilités

• Receive, investigate, document and summarize customer complaints directed to Quality Management.
• Investigate complaints and prepare reports with recommendations for resolution.
• Prepare letters and worksheets for Director approval and maintain statistics.
• Prepare reports of complaints for Quality Management Committee and assist in reviews.
