Job summary

Ascension DePaul Services in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Clinical Risk Manager / Quality Coordinator to lead the organization’s risk management and quality improvement programs.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer with matrixed accountability to the COO, you will develop policies, oversee incident investigations, train staff, and partner with clinical teams to improve patient safety, care quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Five years in healthcare operations/administration bonus points for leadership roles.
• Master’s prep and risk management certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide quality improvement and risk management programs.
• Develop policies, procedures and training for staff on QA/RM.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with leadership to monitor HRSA and other quality metrics.
• Provide regular reports to executive leadership and boards.
