Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, behavioral health, quality management, risk management or related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, quality improvement, compliance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support risk prevention and management activities for DCC and TTG.
• Facilitate RPM Committee meetings and document activities.
• Identify operational, clinical, regulatory, contractual, reputational risks with leadership.
• Develop processes to track identified risks, mitigation owners, and follow-up.
• Conduct structured risk assessments and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Develop findings and recommendations based on evidence.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor risk indicators.
