Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ position-related experience required.
• 2+ position-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the Performance Improvement Model to enhance processes and outcomes.
• Develops and implements quality improvement initiatives across departments.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports performance data to identify improvements.
• Produces quality reports using statistical methods and benchmark data.
• Communicates with team members and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Manages data collection and ensures data integrity.
• Creates data reports for projects, committees, and departments.
• Participates in hospital-wide quality initiatives and collaborates with other departments.
• Implements Risk Management and Patient Safety objectives to mitigate risks.
• Reviews and tracks event reports for timely follow-up.
• Maintains the event reporting database in line with standards.
• Reports potential risk concerns and coordinates with departments to address them.
• Other duties as assigned.
